Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages : We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at notwoolknits@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
